Speaking in Liverpool's press conference ahead of the Crystal Palace game, which is taking place in Singapore, the Reds boss confirmed that forward Jota will likely miss the game due to an injury.
"So, Diogo is unlucky. Diogo was not involved (against Manchester United) because of an injury he got at the end of his season. He trained yesterday fully and got injured again, so that’s really not cool," Klopp said, as quoted by Anfield Watch.
“But we have to wait for the results. He had further assessment this morning so we have to see. We will see. The same region (as his previous hamstring injury), yes.”
Klopp also spoke about goalkeeper Alisson, who withdrew from the Reds' latest training session.
He said: “Ali was not 100 per cent, he finished the session earlier, was doing the warming up and felt something so now there we have to wait as well. I think pretty much all the others are fine, so that’s it.”

Anfield Watch Verdict
Jota's absence isn't the biggest deal as he was already recovering from his hamstring injury. It also sounds like the Portugal international's latest setback is nothing too serious, which is good news.
However, Alisson's injury is not good. The goalkeeper's injury doesn't sound serious, but our only other shot-stopper on the Asia pre-season tour is Adrian.
I love Adrian as a person, but as a footballer, he doesn't fill me with much confidence. He is capable of making the odd mistake.
If Alisson is injured, hopefully the Spaniard can step up to the plate and help the defenders keep a clean sheet.
At the end of the day, it's only a pre-season game. We just hope that these injuries aren't anything too serious and that Liverpool are taking precautions.
