Jurgen Klopp has doubled down on his praise for Arsenal star Gabriel Martinelli with him talking about the forward ahead of Liverpool's clash with Crystal Palace this weekend.
The Reds beat Arsenal in the EFL Cup on Thursday evening and, in his post-match comments, he said of the Gunners forward, despite being asked originally about the prospect of facing Chelsea in the final:
"Martinelli by the way… everybody should remember that name. Outstanding player."
And, once again, when talking about Trent Alexander-Arnold's defensive ability, he praised the Arsenal forward in the process:
Klopp: "Honestly, I thought he played outstandingly well defensively last night. Little Martinelli, we will talk about this player in the future – I can promise [you that]. Without injuries, major injuries, he will have a proper career."

Anfield Watch Verdict
It's clear Klopp is appreciative of the player, with him opting to use his last two most recent press conferences to praise the Arsenal man.
Of course, it would be easy to suggest the Reds boss wants a transfer for the player, but that seems a step too far at the moment.
Clearly, though, the forward has left an impression on Klopp.
