Journalist claims Liverpool have submitted an offer for Porto's Luis Diaz
Liverpool have submitted an offer for Porto winger Luis Diaz, according to WinSportsTV's Pipe Sierra.
The Reds have been linked with a move for the 25-year-old for a number of weeks.
However, according to Sierra, Liverpool have finally acted on their interest. The journalist further added that Tottenham Hotspur have recently made two unsuccessful proposals to the Colombia international.
Diaz, who's contract expires in June 2024, is valued at €40 million.

Diaz would certainly add depth and quality to Liverpool's squad.
The winger has found the back of the net 41 times and registered 19 assists in 125 appearances for Porto.
Diaz is only 25 years of age. Therefore, it would be fair to assume that the Colombia international still has plenty of room left for improvement.
Playing/training with Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Diogo Jota will only improve Diaz's game.
It is common knowledge that footballers lift their standards when they are surrounded by top players.
