Liverpool are interested in Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling, according to journalist Ekrem Konur.
Konur has taken to Twitter to state that the Reds could make a move for the Englishman.
Sterling has recently stated that he would be open to leaving Manchester City to seek more game time. The 26-year-old has only played 700 minutes of football for the Citizens so far this season.

ANFIELD WATCH VERDICT
Sterling represented Liverpool between 2010-15. The winger made 129 appearances for the club's first-team.
Looking back at things, there is no denying that Sterling left Anfield on poor terms. The Englishman forced his way out of Liverpool.
The Reds ended up selling Sterling to the Citizens for a transfer fee of €63.70 million back in the summer of 2015. Since then, the 26-year-old has turned into a fine player.
Sterling has scored 116 goals and registered 89 assists in 307 appearances for Manchester City.
But, we do find it difficult to forgive Sterling for the way he forced his way out of Liverpool. Therefore, we don't want to see the forward back at Anfield anytime soon.
