Former striker Ian Wright has explained why Liverpool signing Virgil van Dijk was 'absolutely perfect' for the Reds.
The January window a few years ago saw the Reds eventually get their man in Van Dijk, with him joining from Southampton.
Indeed, he has become the world's best defender for Liverpool since arriving, and has been an absolute class act.
Wright believes that is down to him fitting our style as well:
