Harvey Elliott has spoken about sharing the pitch with his former Fulham teammate Fabio Carvalho again at Liverpool.
Speaking to Liverpoolfc.com, as quoted by Anfield Watch's Twitter account, Elliott talked about his ex-Fulham teammate, saying that he will bring so much to this Liverpool team.
"He's the perfect player, in my eyes, and to have him on board and to have him in the building and around us, he'll only make us better players as well, and it will only make him a better player," he said.
"He brings everything, in all fairness. He has a great attitude, he has the flair, the skill, the determination and he can score and assist as well. Hopefully he can show everyone why we signed him.
"It's been a long time, as I said, and to hopefully share the pitch with him again and to have that link-up, it'll be great and I'm just looking forward to it."

Anfield Watch Verdict
The link-up that Elliott and Carvalho are going to have next season will be magic.
They both came through the Fulham youth academy together, so they will have some sort of a connection out on the pitch.
I also think that Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is going to throw Carvalho in the deep end next season and give him plenty of opportunity.
Elliott was a starter for Liverpool at the beginning of last season before his horrific injury against Leeds United, so I think we can expect the same again.
We will have to see what Klopp tries out in pre-season, but one thing is for sure, these two boys are going to be very special players and the fact that we get to watch them develop at Liverpool is a privilege.
