Jurgen Klopp has handed out 45 debuts at Liverpool in the Premier League - and counting. Here is every one made so far.
Jurgen Klopp arrived at Liverpool in October 2015 and will depart the club after this season. It's been a remarkable spell at Anfield - the most successful since the 1980s.
The German has helped to transform Liverpool, building his own team and then gradually building another one. In fact, Joe Gomez is the only remaining player from the squad Klopp inherited.
As a result, Klopp has given a lot of debuts in the Premier League. 45, to be exact - more than any other manager in that time.
There have been some big new signings from abroad, moving to England and playing in its top flight for the first time. There have also been an awful lot of young players.
We saw the latter in effect on Wednesday, with Jayden Danns coming on to play the final few minutes against Luton Town. That was debut no.45 and it felt very much in line with debut no.1 - Kevin Stewart, a youth player who stepped into the first-team and ended up playing 11 Premier League games before moving on.
Other youth players have gone on to be regulars, though. Trent Alexander-Arnold made his debut under Klopp and will go down as an all-time Liverpool great, while Curtis Jones has now played 80 Premier League games with many more to come.
Hopefully, a few more names will join them in that as Klopp has debuted several more youngsters over the last year or so. Ben Doak, Jarell Quansah, James McConnell, Conor Bradley and Owen Beck all have very bright futures at the club.
