Clubs now QUEUING up for Liverpool striker
Liverpool look set for a summer transfer shakeup and several star forwards could see their futures brought under scrutiny.
Anfield Watch revealed that Diogo Jota and Darwin Nunez were both in line for high-profile transfer window departures with Arne Slot and Richard Hughes harbouring significant doubts around their fitness and form.

Also under pressure are Federico Chiesa and Luis Diaz, who could also see their Anfield careers brought to an end.
Furthermore, Liverpool still need clarity on Mohamed Salah's contract situation with the Egyptian King's current terms due to expire in summer 2025.

The Reds have been linked with lots of potential incoming transfers up front, including Hugo Ekitike, Joao Pedro, Benjamin Sesko and Alexander Isak.
Will Liverpool sell Darwin?
Other attackers, such as Rayan Cherki, are also reported to be on the Merseyside club's radar.
And it's likely that sporting director Hughes will have to sell some talent before he can splurge on incomings and Darwin Nunez is the player who could attract the biggest fee.
Nunez, 25, has been at Liverpool since summer 2022 but fans are still waiting to see him at his consistent best.
Anfield Watch reported that the Reds were willing to SELL Darwin back in the winter with Al Nassr and Al Hilal both making bids for his services.
It looks like Saudi Arabian super-clubs will be back for the Uruguay international, with Liverpool looking to recoup as much of the £85 million they paid to Benfica as they can.
Forest enter Darwin race
There appears to be a bidding war now taking shape for Nunez, with the Saudi teams joined by Atletico Madrid and at least two Premier League teams in seeking a deal.
Diego Simeone's side were previously linked ahead of the January window, with the Atleti boss seeing Darwin as the ideal spearhead for a LaLiga title bid.
Newcastle, too, have long been linked with Nunez although any Liverpool deal involving Isak is not likely to include the Reds' No9.
Now comes the news that Champions League-chasing Nottingham Forest want to sign Nunez as their plans for next season take shape. That's according to a new report in TEAMtalk.

Should Nuno Espirito Santo's side reach the Champions League, there will be far bigger demands on their current squad - including top scorer Chris Wood.
Nunez would provide tireless running as well as European experience should the Tricky Trees strike a deal for Liverpool's record signing.

It remains to be seen what the future holds for Darwin, but right now it appears Liverpool would be willing to let him go in order to make deals for improved attacking options.
